Shared kitchen & living space
The heart of the house—where dinners, conversation, and ordinary evenings happen.

co-living for builders · Lower Manhattan
We believe exceptional people change one another.
A home in Lower Manhattan where talented, ambitious, curious people live in sustained proximity—and the effects compound.

The House
Put enough talented, ambitious, curious people in sustained proximity and the effects compound. Standards rise. Ideas move faster. People take bigger swings. Opportunities emerge naturally. Relationships form that would never come out of a networking event or a group chat.
That is the premise of this house. The residents are the foundation. The broader community grows around them.
Our goal is for the house to become a trusted hub of the New York technology ecosystem: a place where builders, founders, researchers, investors, artists, and other deeply interesting people want to spend time.

Principles
The nicest apartment in New York is worthless if the people inside it are uninspiring. We look for people who are capable, ambitious, intellectually alive, kind, and additive—more than title, funding, pedigree, or résumé.
Sometimes the house should be loud, full, and electric. Sometimes everyone should be locked in for ten hours. Both matter. This is not a coworking space where everyone disappears into headphones, and it is not a social club where nobody gets anything done.
The house should feel alive and connected to New York. We will host dinners, talks, work sessions, and gatherings worth attending. But more people is not automatically better. The everyday environment stays high-trust.
A single exceptional person is valuable. A group who see one another repeatedly is something else. Repeated proximity builds trust; trust turns into collaboration, friendships, introductions, and opportunities none of us could have planned.
We are trying to create a room where you regularly think: How are all of these people here? And then, eventually: Being around these people changed what I thought I was capable of.
If we preserve that feeling, everything else follows.
